Participation in a field trip where a school bus is used for transportation requires that a signed parental permission slip be present. This authorized the school to seek emergency medical care for your child should it become necessary.
Students will NOT be allowed to participate in the field trip without this permission slip.
Each trip requires an individual permission slip. Our policies do not allow for a blanket permission slip for the year.
Be sure and keep the part of your field trip information slip that tells you where we are going and when we will be back.
Walking Field Trips
Please make sure to sign your permission slips for the Grizzly Pines spontaneous walking trips! These trips are a favorite among the students and teachers alike!
